CHeer Pre-K

Ages 3-5

This introductory to cheer class includes stretching, beginner tumbling, small pom-pom motion work, and basic chants! Our preschoolers will focus on the core foundations of cheerleading while having fun! This team will not compete, but may have a showcase every once in a while. Our goal is to make our little cheerleaders fall in love with the sport & want to continue their cheerleading career!

Cheer FIT is a 30 minute strength & conditioning class

Ages 8+ (or otherwise noted by instructor)

Cheer routines require high levels of strength and stamina. This high-energy workout targets cheer-specific muscle groups to help develop the strength & flexibility needed to stay injury free and elevate your cheerleading to the next level!


Our one-hour tumbling classes are open to anyone (ages 5+) interested in learning new skills or perfecting old ones! This specialized class is designed to meet each students’ tumbling needs. 

All levels are welcomed and no experience is necessary! We have state-of-the-art, Olympic-standard equipment (multiple full spring floors, Tumbl Trak, trampolines, air track & foam pits) to allow smooth progressions while learning new skills! 

Beginner tumblers will work on basic tumbling progressions to build a strong foundation for more difficult skills learned later on. Our advanced tumbling class is offered for students who have mastered a standing back handspring without spot. Our classes range from teaching forward & backward rolls, handstands, & cartwheels to more advanced skills such as round-off multiple back handsprings, standing back fulls, and transitional front to back tumbling skills!

Monday-Friday 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, 7:30 & 8:30PM & Saturday 10:30AM

Tumbling Open Workout : Fridays 7:30PM-9:30PM, Saturdays 12:00PM-2:00PM & Sundays 10:00AM-12:00PM
